I work with individuals, couples, and within relationships to find paths toward achieving your goals.

I like to affirm the unique perspective, culture, and strengths of each client. I’ll start by listening to where you are at and where you want to go. Sometimes barriers get in the way of our goals. Additional thoughts
I’m culturally mixed. I was born into a Chinese Indonesian family. As a child, my parents immigrated to Texas seeking a better life for themselves and their kids. I liked science and studied engineering in college. After graduation, I accepted a position in the Bay Area for my first job. Along the way, I met my husband. Skipping to my 40s, my life experience, curiosity, and sense of purpose led me to change careers and become a psychotherapist.
