Background

Welcome
Welcome one and all. I have a private practice in Berkeley, and offer a hybrid of in person or telehealth services. I work with a diverse and amazing group of folks. I work primarily with folks in the LGBTQIA2S+ community. I specialize in and utilize my extensive training in gender affirmation therapy and family systems therapy, working with trans nonbinary (TNB) and gender expansive (GE) youth and their families.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on collaborative, active and empowering practices such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, and Hypnosis.

In therapy I am interested in helping folx identify how to access a rich and meaningful life. Working together, I assist people create the life they want to live, while supporting them manage the many difficulties life can bring. I believe that pain is inevitable, but suffering doesn't have to be.

Please feel free to visit my website at www.authentictherapy.net to find out more about my practice. There, you'll find out more about the therapy services I offer, as well as the groups I offer.
