Background

Welcome
I support people as they work through old habits, traumas, and wounds that block connection, creating distress, dis-empowerment, and a sense of being "stuck." By using the body to connect with the present moment, my work encourages people to find an expanded capacity to meet and transform the hardships of life. With such expansion, difficult experiences can become manageable, and the joys of life can be felt more fully.
Additional thoughts
A meditation practitioner in the Vipassana tradition for many years, I offer a presence that can at once be direct and gentle, ardent and fluid. I bring to my clients an eclectic, anti-oppression framework informed by my life experience as genderqueer and based in Somatic Psychology, Imagery/Dreamwork, and Trauma Treatment.
