Background

Welcome
I welcome clients of all backgrounds, with a focus on: Adults, teens, school-age children and parents seeking support with relationships and personal growth. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training in expressive arts, mindfulness, and embodied social justice, I am committed to supporting you on your journey of healing and transformation. I have developed a specialty in working with queer, trans, and gender-diverse individuals since 2020. My office is in downtown San Francisco for in-person therapy, and I also offer telehealth.
Additional thoughts
As an LMFT with expertise in mindfulness and expressive arts, I offer a range of creative interventions to help you navigate your healing process. I emphasize long-term healing for individuals working through relationship challenges to reclaim lost or hidden parts of the self. My approach is humanistic and client-centered, emphasizing self-discovery rather than advice-giving. I aim to be culturally humble and welcome you calling me in on anything I miss about who you are. I aim to support you in exploring ways to live more fully and freely. Regardless of where you are in life, I would love to explore whether we’re a good fit. I invite you to fill out a contact form to request an appointment via text, email, or book via our website.

Group #1: Description
Person-Centered Expressive Arts
Join me for a person-centered expressive arts practice that you can then share with your clients!
About This Experience:
I incorporate art into my daily life in various ways. I often use art as a means of processing during or after therapy sessions, and I also offer these invitations to clients. I am trained through the Person-Centered Ex Art program, created by Natalie Rogers. Cultivate an expressive creation! This is not art therapy (I will explain more during our sessions). Register here:
https://bit.ly/personcenteredcultivation
What: sliding scale sessions for therapists, helpers, coaches, and healers of all kinds. $15-$45 (per session)
Goal: Learn how to incorporate creative expression with your clients
What to bring: Your own art supplies (pen, paper, art journal, water color, colored pencils, or any craft-type materials you have around).
Commitment: Please attend one session or all 8, but kindly notify me if you are signed up but won't be able to participate.
My Approach to Person-Centered Expressive Arts
Call it whatever resonates with you: magic, a moment, a breath, the deepest breath you've taken all day. Take a deeper breath now.
I believe, as many before us have, that mindfulness enhances our experience with expressive arts. That's why I incorporate meditation into each of my art invitations. You'll notice I weave together the concepts of "art experience" and "cultivation" - this intentional language helps make the practice more accessible and less intimidating. Person-centered means precisely what you might expect: the focus is on you, not on me. While I'll share ideas and structure, you'll bring your own needs and experiences. This approach will also help us understand how clients might engage with art, meditation, and cultivation practices. Please feel free to join us whenever you can, but if you don't cancel within 24 hours, there are no refunds. Pay via, zelle, paypal, venmo.
I'm thrilled you're here!
