At our Annual Meeting:
We will discuss our financial and organizational status, review the past year, and look toward Gaylesta's future. As a part of this meeting, we will announce our 2025/2026 board.
Gaylesta will have 5 openings in the upcoming term. Board service will allow you to take a more active role in the direction of the organization and help propel our organization, our members, and the greater LGBTQ+ communities forward. It's a wonderful opportunity to network with like-minded clinicians, increase your knowledge of board service in general and enhance your CV. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to any current board member. Members who wish to run for board positions will be announced ahead of time and voting will take place online prior to the meeting.
Save the date – especially if you choose to run so you can be introduced to the community and the current board members. This year’s meeting is online to make it more accessible to all.
We hope the Social Committee will plan a fun in-person event this summer for networking and mingling – details to come!

BIOFEEDBACK & BREATHING TECHNIQUES FOR STRESS REDUCTION, AND A SHORT OVERVIEW ON NEUROFEEDBACK AS COMPLEMENTARY HEALING MODALITIES WITH TALK THERAPY
Registrants may attend either in-person or online.
Dr. Capozziello and Bonnie Cardell will give an overview on the field of Psychophysiology, biofeedback, and neurofeedback, and how these physiological interventions can work in clinical practice or as an adjunct modality to help your clients achieve their highest outcomes. Both practitioners will share how they work, and how they work with other psychotherapists, to help clients who are stuck or just seeking optimal personal performance.
Continuing Education Information

Gaylesta maintains responsibility for this program and its content. [APA approved CE units may also be credited to other licensed mental health professionals, such as LCSWs, LPCCs, and LMFTs.
